Shree SS Properties
This User Agreement along with Terms of Service (collectively, the "Terms") forms the terms and conditions for the use of services and products of Shree SS Properties.
Access to and use of products ("Products"), services ("Services"), and the website www.shreessproperties.com ("Website"), is conditional on your agreement to these Terms.
Any person ("User") who visits, inquire about, lists, rents, buys, sells, or otherwise engages with any properties, property-related services, or offerings of Shree SS Properties through its website, mobile applications, sales representatives, offices, branch offices, franchisees, agents, or any other platform (all the aforesaid platforms collectively referred to as "Sales Channels"), including any content therein, agrees to be governed by these Terms.
The User shall compulsorily read and understand the Terms, and shall be deemed to have accepted the Terms as a binding document that governs User's dealings and transactions with Shree SS Properties. If the User does not agree with any part of this Agreement, then the User must not access the Website and must not avail any Services and Products and must not access or approach the Sales Channels.
Both User and Shree SS Properties are individually referred to as 'Party' and collectively referred to as 'Parties' to the Terms.
a. The User must be a major and competent to enter to a Contract so as become a User and use the services, as per the laws of India for the time being in force, which may change from to time.
b. If you are a minor or are below 18 years of age or for any reason incompetent to contract, you shall not avail the Service of Shree SS Properties or purchase any Product and shall not use the Website. However, as a minor if you wish to use or transact on the Website, such use or transaction shall only be made through / by a person who is competent to enter into the Contract as per the relevant laws of India for the time being in force.

User agrees that when accessing the Website, the User shall have to provide such personal data including but not limited, information from which user is identifiable, property details which the User wishes to list or sell and any legal declarations required for property transfer, lease agreements, or rental agreements and as such, the User agrees to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including personal / contact information for notices and other communications from Shree SS Properties.
d. In the event where after accessing the Website the User wishes to avail the services made available through Website ("Purchase"), the User may in addition to such personal data will further be required to supply certain information relevant to the Purchase being made including but not limited to, credit or debit card number, CVV, OTP, the expiration date of your card, your billing address, and your shipping information.

Shree SS Properties represents that such information shall be strictly used for specified and lawful purposes only, as per the applicable laws and shall never be shared without User's prior consent unless otherwise such action is required by any law enforcement authority for investigation, by court order or in reference to any legal process.

d. Property transactions may require retention of KYC, payment, and contract details for a specified period as per applicable laws.
a. While making a Purchase, Shree SS Properties shall use the personal data along with payment details which include cardholder name, credit/debit card number (in encrypted form) with expiration date, banking details, wallet details, etc. as shared and allowed to be stored by the User.
b. Once the payment is complete, Shree SS Properties shall communicate to the User about such purchase being confirmed by way of email or any other means of communication as provided by the User at the time of making the Purchase.

You agree to indemnify and hold Shree SS Properties, its officers, partners, shareholders, predecessors, successors in interest, employees, agents, subsidiaries and affiliates, harmless from any demands, loss, liability, claims or expenses (including attorneys' fees), made against Shree SS Properties by any third party due to or arising out of or in connection with your use of the Website.
a. A waiver by Shree SS Properties of any term or condition of these Terms or any breach thereof, in any one instance, will not waive such term or condition or any subsequent breach thereof.
b. If any part of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, that part will be construed to reflect Shree SS Properties' original intent, and the remaining portions will remain in full force and effect.

d. Other than as provided in separate independent agreements that a User may enter pursuant to Purchase being made, Shree SS Properties will not accept any counter-offers to these Terms, and all such offers are hereby categorically rejected.
e. These Terms of Use shall not be interpreted or construed to confer any rights or remedies on any third parties.
f. No joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between User and Shree SS Properties as a result of the Terms, or your use of the Website, Products, and/or Services.
g. In the event if User feels that its concern has not been resolved to its satisfaction, User may contact grievance officer, who shall endeavour to redress the concern within 30 days from the date of escalation.
